William Saraceno

Director, Audit Committee Chairman

Mr. Saraceno has been a member of HAPO since 2002. He first served on the Audit Committee before joining the Board of Directors in 2016.

Mr. Saraceno is retired from Columbia Basin College after 30 plus years where he was Senior Vice President of Administration.  He brings many years of experience in administrative management, capital construction, accounting and financial analysis experience to HAPO. He has extensive training in financial statement analysis for agriculture, commercial and real estate lending. He has spent many years on finance and audit committees of every organization he has been involved with, Our Lady of Lourdes Health Center, Benton Franklin County American Institute of Banking, Group Health Co-Op and the Tri-City Cancer Center, just to name a few.
